- The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- Prepare the Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with any receipts or order confirmation details. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return arrives safely. Shine Elegancee is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If the item is approved for return, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Non-refundable Items: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
